well it had to happen

Bragging, revelling and feeling secure in my little bit of island paradise ...
It snows!
and Snows
and no one ploughs the road and the busses can't go up the hills and the power goes out.
We have power again only 7 hours. woodstove and fireplace worked exceedingly well as backup heat sources. the new grocery is open so an easy walk to get supplies.
Still kind of annoying to have a remonder that home is not perfect. Of course it is not raining now ...
